As digital platforms give more people the ability to create and distribute content, the work of finding, organizing, and giving that content meaning becomes increasingly important. This panel explored the shift from creator to curator through both social and technical lenses.

As a panelist, I contributed perspectives on how platforms, tools, communities, and individual judgment shape what information is surfaced, valued, and understood. The discussion offered a vocabulary for considering curation as more than a content task: it is a socio-technical practice that influences what people see and how they make sense of it.
